As it was great weather today, Sharon, Max and I decided to head to Grand Haven for the afternoon. I had a hankering for ice cream! The wind was pretty non-existent so we motored south, arriving at the wall at Grand Haven about 1:30 pm. The wall was pretty empty at that point, but it sure did fill up as the afternoon went along!
We had a great walk out to the pier. Very strange to see the catwalk down for the repairs that will be happening in this next year. After grilling on the boat, well we ended up doing the brats on the stove as I’m having some problems keeping the grill lighted, we walked for our ice cream!

- The Wall filled up later on
About 7:30 pm we headed back to Muskegon. The water temp was only about 55 degrees, so it was freezing on the return trip. But the sunset was beautiful!

We had the pleasure of sailing with our two girls and Ryan. This really does not happen often as lives are busy, Kristi is in Boston, etc., so we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water! We had great laughter together, sharing, and just enjoying each other’s company. We are so blessed!
